单叶双曲回转面滚轮(如图1所示),是我厂某产品的关键零件。双曲回转面的精确度直接影响产品的性能。现介绍我厂在3056200双列向心推力球轴承的外圆柱面上,车削单叶双曲回转面的方法。一、车削原理单叶双曲回转面的形成是由斜母线MN绕着和它交叉的轴线OO旋转而成的,根据这一原理,当工件绕主轴轴线线OO作旋转运动,车刀沿斜线MN,并低于OO轴线作走刀运动时(MN与OO水平投影交角为β),即可在工件表面上切削出单叶双曲回转面(见图2)
