在附加激素的 MS 培养基上,从品种“马里”纯胚乳及带胚胚乳诱导出少量愈伤组织,并分化成苗。激素及胚乳发育程度对大麦胚乳愈伤组织的诱导作用明显,胚的存在与否似对大麦胚乳分化无多大影响。
On hormone-added MS medium, a small amount of callus was induced from the “Malian” pure endosperm and embryo-conditioned endosperm and differentiated into shoots. The effect of hormones and endosperm development on callus induction of barley was obvious. Whether embryo existed or not had no significant effect on the differentiation of barley endosperm.
