赤(Thladiantha dubia Bunge)是一种广泛分布于东亚地区(从中国到朝鲜半岛)的葫芦科藤本植物。这种植物是雌雄异株,在日本仅有雄株植物被移入。在筛选葫芦科植物皂甙类成分的过程中,发现赤瓝植物的块茎中含有相当多的皂甙。从中分离得到3种皂树酸(quillaic acid)葡萄糖醛酸甙皂甙,分别命名为赤(?)甙(dubioside)A、B和C。本文报道该类葡萄糖醛酸甙皂甙的分离和结构测定。
Thladiantha dubia Bunge is a cucurbitaceous vine widely distributed in East Asia (from China to the Korean Peninsula). This plant is a dioecious plant. In Japan, only the male plant is transplanted. During the screening of the saponin component of the cucurbitaceous plant, it was found that the saponins of the erythrasside plant contained a considerable amount of saponins. Three kinds of quinlaic acid glucuronide saponins were isolated from them, and named as dubioside A, B and C, respectively. This article reports the separation and structure determination of this glucuronide saponin.
