现时科学技术的日益发展,有不少精密机械与仪器中采用了难加工耐热钢料(如钛合金等)的零件。为了保证这些零件具有较高的表面光洁度和严格的尺寸公差要求,在加工工艺中常需应用“抛光”工序。“液体电解抛光”被认为是抛光这类难加工耐热钢料很有成效的一种新方法。抛光液的组成如下(按重量计):硫酸100份;氢氟酸3~8份;氟硼酸0.6~4.8份;水15~35份(或较多)。为了防止零件被抛光表面不平度凹纹的离裂,在上述组成液中另加入3~6份的硅酸。
The current development of science and technology, there are many sophisticated machinery and equipment used in refractory heat-resistant steel (such as titanium alloy, etc.) parts. In order to ensure that these parts have a high surface finish and strict dimensional tolerance requirements, the process often need to use “polishing” process. “Liquid Electrolytic Polishing” is considered as a new method to polish such difficult-to-process heat-resistant steels very efficiently. The composition of the polishing liquid is as follows (by weight): 100 parts of sulfuric acid, 3 to 8 parts of hydrofluoric acid, 0.6 to 4.8 parts of fluoboric acid and 15 to 35 parts of water (or more). In order to prevent the surface of the workpiece is polished uneven roughness nuggets, in addition to the above composition liquid added 3 to 6 parts of silicic acid.
