It is a symbol of the African plains, it is the pride of the African people. It is an incarnation of compassion, saving people from the drought and using one’s body to shelter one’s creatures. It is also an unselfish embodiment of selflessness and sacrifices for all. It is Africa’s “tree of life” - baobab.
