学生上体育课迟到是经常发生的现象,教师在处理“迟到生”的问题上,要讲究方法。以前,我由于缺乏经验,在处理“迟到生”问题上,往往采用“从严从快”的处理方法,把迟到者当成“活靶子”,令其站在队伍的外面,当众训导。结果是被训者心里不服,甚至与教师当面顶撞,弄得不好收场,其他陪训的学生也很反感。这种处理方法,不仅效果不好,而且影响师生之间的感情,破坏教学气氛,不利于课堂教学。经过教学反思,我改进了处理方法,结果是迟到生越来越少,上课整队速度越来越快,这种变化,主要是由于我注意了以下三个方面: 一、以身作则,以理服人教育学生不要迟到,教师自己首先要以身作则,从严要求,以实际行动为学生做出表率。因此,在每
