预制装配式沉井施工法在国外已得到了广泛应用,例如1999～2001年度泰国最大的SAMUT PRAKARN污水项目中,仅SC24、SC25两个标段的273座沉井中,就有近200座沉井采用该方法施工,且取得了令人满意的效果。而在上海目前还没有采用该方法进行施工的工程。本文通过对这种施工方法工艺的介绍与现浇混凝土沉井、SMW工法井施工的比较,对预制装配式沉井施工法加以探讨。
The prefabricated open caisson construction method has been widely used in foreign countries. For example, in the largest SAMUT PRAKARN wastewater project in Thailand from 1999 to 2001, there are nearly 200 caisson wells out of 273 caisson wells with only two sections of SC24 and SC25 The method of construction, and achieved satisfactory results. In Shanghai, there is currently no project that uses this method for construction. In this paper, through the introduction of this method of construction technology and the cast-in-place concrete caisson, SMW method well construction comparison, prefabricated caisson construction method to be explored.
