通常的热交换站主要采用人力监控,这样既浪费了人力资源,又存在着许多隐患。在一些控制参数的调整上,人工调节存在着一定的偏差,很难使供热系统达到理想的运行效果。文章论述了换热站系统的自动化改造,系统采用HORNER公司OCS控制器为下位机,采用ModbusRTU通信协议实现与上位机的通信。该系统能实现对现场设备运行的实时监控,对循环泵采用温差变频控制。经过现场调试和运行,可以达到对供水温度的自动控制和自动调节的目的。
The usual heat exchange station mainly uses manpower monitoring, which not only wastes human resources, but also has many hidden dangers. In the adjustment of some control parameters, manual adjustment there is a certain deviation, it is difficult to make the heating system to achieve the desired operating results. This article discusses the automatic transformation of the heat transfer station system.
