有的独生子女是家庭的一颗“恒星”,常常有好几颗“行星”围着他转,大人们对他百依百顺,不让他作任何事情;在幼儿园里,有的老师看幼儿干活憋气,又耽误时间,就代替幼儿去作那些他们自己能够做、而且应当自己做的事情。其实这些作法对幼儿的成长是不利的。家长、幼儿教师都要重视对幼儿的劳动教育,培养他们独立生活的能力。小班幼儿由于手指肌肉不够发达,动作不灵活,注意力易转移,幼儿园老师要耐心讲解,反复示范,千万不能急躁,嫌麻烦。当幼儿遇到困难时,应给予具体帮助,并和孩子建立感情,支持他,使幼儿对自我服务的劳动产生兴趣,主动去干,逐渐习惯于自己吃饭,洗手,穿衣服,拿玩具
