Dr. Dong Qinfa was born in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province. He was born in Shanghai in January 1962 and obtained bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees in economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1985, 1988 and 1996 respectively. Now Shanghai University of Finance and Economics associate professor, finance professional western finance theory and policy research direction master tutor, finance department director. In the first half of 1996, it was recommended by the Shanghai University of Finance and the Ministry of Personnel as “one hundred thousand.”
