患者,男,29岁,主因右鼻面部肿痛4d入院。无明显诱因感右鼻面部肿痛,伴右上尖牙痛,门诊给予头孢菌素及红霉素药膏外用,疼痛症状稍有好转,为求明确诊治入院。局部检查:右侧鼻前庭及面颊软组织肿胀、压痛(+),右鼻腔底隆起,可触及直径约4cm大小肿物,囊性感,鼻唇沟消失,表皮无破溃,
Patient, male, 29 years old, admitted to hospital for 4 days due to right facial pain and soreness.
