In order to understand whether different internal fixators affect the postoperative growth and development of femoral shaft fractures in children, the authors retrospectively analyzed 20 cases of femoral shaft fractures treated with intramedullary nailing and 18 cases of plate screws or wires Internal fixation was performed. The postoperative radiographs of the two groups were measured and compared. The femoral head size, femoral neck width, femoral neck length, size of trochanter, femoral shaft length were compared. There was no significant difference between the two groups after statistical analysis, suggesting that there was no difference in the effect of intramedullary nail, plate screw and steel wire as internal fixation on postoperative femoral shaft fractures.
