目的探讨多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性及其相关的耐药基因。方法采用肉汤稀释药敏板法测定56株铜绿假单胞菌对21种抗菌药物的敏感性,同时采用聚合酶链反应法(PCR)检测56株铜绿假单胞菌的相关耐药基因及外膜通道蛋白opr D2基因。结果 56株多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌对头孢他啶、氨苄西林、庆大霉素、阿米卡星、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、复方磺胺甲恶唑、复方新诺明、环丙沙星、妥布霉素、替卡西林及头孢唑林耐药率为100.0%,头孢呋辛的耐药率为94.6%,亚胺培南的耐药率为89.3%,美罗培南的耐药率为83.9%;耐药基因检测阳性率最高的是膜通道蛋白opr D2基因,阳性率为92.9%。结论多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌存在耐药基因,A类与D类-内酰胺酶基因的存在使得其对头孢菌素产生耐药,对亚胺培南产生耐药主要与opr D2基因的存在有关。
Objective To investigate the drug resistance of multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa and its related resistance genes. Methods The sensitivity of 56 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to 21 antimicrobial agents was determined by broth dilution sensitization assay. Meanwhile, the relative resistance genes of 56 Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) Outer membrane channel protein opr D2 gene. Results 56 strains of multi-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa were resistant to ceftazidime, ampicillin, gentamicin, amikacin, piperacillin / tazobactam, sulfamethoxazole, cotrimoxazole, Star, tobramycin, ticarcillin and cefazolin resistance was 100.0%, the resistance rate of cefuroxime was 94.6%, the resistance rate of imipenem was 89.3%, the rate of resistance of meropenem Was 83.9%. The positive rate of drug resistance gene was the opr D2 gene of membrane channel protein, the positive rate was 92.9%. Conclusion The existence of multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistance genes, A and D-lactamase gene makes it resistant to cephalosporin resistance, resistance to imipenem and opr D2 gene There is something relevant.
