A recent study published by Professor Myers and colleagues at the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing found that there is a correlation between cognitive cognitive impairment (PCI) and the course of chemotherapy in breast cancer survivors. Cognitive impairment increases during chemotherapy in breast cancer patients, and cognitive impairment decreases over time. The average PCI score for breast cancer patients before chemotherapy was lower than that of healthy controls. With the progress of chemotherapy, the gap has been gradually increasing. However, it gradually decreases after 5 years of chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. There is no significant difference in average PCI scores between before chemotherapy and 5 years after the end of chemotherapy. A total of 317 breast cancer patients and 46 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. Based on the course of chemotherapy, participants
