本文根据对东方红水库土坝观测资料的分析，阐述了冰冻对坝后排水减压设施的主要影响。提出了冬季易受冻害的土坝，必须针对坝体、坝基特点，建议设计单位在设计上坝坝后排水减压设施时，要考虑冰冻的影响，为管理运用提供方便，以免发生意外事故。
Based on the analysis of the observation data of Dongfanghong Reservoir earth dam, this paper expounds the main influence of freezing on the drainage and decompression facilities after dam. The paper puts forward the earth dam that is vulnerable to frost damage in winter. It is necessary to target the characteristics of dam body and dam foundation. It is suggested that the designing unit should consider the influence of freezing when designing the drainage and decompression facilities after the dam dam to facilitate the management and use to avoid accident.
