In order to meet the new situation of domestic and international development and changes in China’s accession to the WTO over the past two years and to further strengthen the leadership of the province’s opening to the outside world and to promote the development of the province’s opening up to the outside world, Provincial People’s Government decided to adjust the members of the leading group for the province’s opening up.
