目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶 2、 9(MMP 2、 9)在大鼠卵巢黄体发育、维持和退化的组织重建中的作用。方法 采用原位杂交 (insituhybridization)方法检测假孕大鼠卵巢黄体中MMP 2、 9mRNAs的基因表达变化 ,并通过密度扫描方法对原位杂交结果进行半定量分析。结果 MMP 2、 9mRNAs主要在假孕第 1天黄体中表达 ,以后逐渐降低 ,到假孕第 14天其mRNAs表达降低到最低程度。结论 MMP 2、 9主要参与黄体的发育过程 ,而不参与黄体的退化过程。
Objective To investigate the role of matrix metalloproteinase 2, 9 (MMP 2, 9) in the tissue remodeling of ovariectomized corpus luteum in rats. Methods The mRNA expression of MMP 2 and 9 mRNA in luteal ovary of pseudopregnant rats was detected by the method of in situ hybridization (ISH). Semi-quantitative analysis of the results of in situ hybridization was performed by density scanning. Results MMP 2 and 9 mRNA were mainly expressed in corpus luteum on day 1 of pseudopregnancy, and then decreased gradually. The expression of MMPs mRNA and mRNA was reduced to the lowest level on the 14th day of pregnancy. Conclusions MMP 2, 9 are mainly involved in the process of corpus luteum development, but not involved in the process of corpus luteum degeneration.
