基于双曲线拟合法,推导出恒载下地基沉降速率与剩余沉降之间的关系式、剩余沉降与工后沉降之间的关系式,据此建立了超载预压卸荷沉降速率标准的计算公式,并给出公式中相关参数的确定方法,最后对一个工程实例进行了分析。结果表明:沉降速率标准不仅取决于允许的工后沉降,还与土体固结性质、路面设计使用年限和超载量引起的地基最终沉降有关;超载预压时按该建议的沉降速率标准卸荷,控制的工后沉降非常接近允许值,证明了该沉降速率标准公式的正确性。
