成人教育教授面较广,一个学生班级同时开设的各个课程组成了一个相互关联的整体。每个课程的教学活动均是这个整体中的有机组成部分。各课程的任课老师之间建立联系、采用刚柔并济的教学方法,有利于消除强灌式教学的弊端,也有利于整个教学过程的收效。在此理念指导下的成人教育函授力学课程的教学实践,说明了实行该教学方法的利端,及其实践可行性。
Adult education professors are more extensive, and all classes offered by a student’s class form an interconnected whole. The teaching activities of each course are an integral part of this whole body. The connection between the teachers of each course and the teaching methods of rigid and supple are not only helpful to eliminate the disadvantages of intensive irrigation teaching but also benefit the whole teaching process. Under the guidance of this concept, the teaching practice of adult education correspondence mechanics course shows the benefit of practicing this teaching method and its practical feasibility.
