近年来 ,为进一步解决中小企业融资难问题 ,各级政府作了大量的工作 ,先后成立了多家中小企业贷款担保公司。为进一步了解这些贷款担保公司的运作效果和现状 ,人行成都分行根据总行部署作了较为详细的调查 ,针对存在的问题提出了相关对策建议
In recent years, in order to further solve the financing difficulties of SMEs, governments at all levels have done a great deal of work and successively set up a number of loan guarantee companies for SMEs. To further understand the operational effectiveness and current status of these loan guarantee companies, Chengdu Branch of PBL made a detailed investigation according to the deployment of the head office and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on the existing problems
