唤醒那些沉睡的未利用能源,用于填补民用能源的刚需增长,无疑是能源生产和消费革命的最佳体现,可望为当前城市所面临的能源与环境问题提供一个相对理想的解决方案。未利用能源主要以热能为主,从产生源的角度大致可分为两类:一类为工厂、发电厂、垃圾焚烧厂等排出的废热,称之为排热能;另一类为河水、海水等地表水所赋存的热能,称之为温差能。低温发电技术、热泵技术和蓄热技术是未利用能源高效利用的三大核心技术。高温排热型未利用能源大多远离城市负荷中心,需要由远而近建立供需间快捷通道;而低温温差型未利用能源则是以低密度广域分布于城市内部,需要由外而内建立能量收集与管理系统。为了破解未利用能源利用过程中供需间的时空脱节问题,对于高温热源,提出“Off-line”型移动供热模式;对于低温热源,提出“Pipe-line”型总线供热模式。基于所构建的城市高温和低温热网,可望充分挖掘城市未利用能源的潜力,建立城市广域节能体系。 The awakening of those sleepy, unutilized sources of energy, the just-needed growth to fill civilian energy sources, is undoubtedly the best manifestation of the revolution in energy production and consumption and is expected to provide a relatively ideal solution to the energy and environmental problems facing cities today. Most of the high-temperature heat-emitting type of unused energy away from the city load center, you need to establish a shortcut from supply to demand; and low-temperature temperature-type unutilized energy is low-density wide-area distribution within the city, the need to build energy from the outside Collection and management system. In order to solve the problem of space-time separation between supply and demand in the process of utilization of unused energy, “Off-line” mobile heating mode is proposed for high-temperature heat source and “Pipe-line” type bus heating mode is proposed for low-temperature heat source . Based on the built high temperature and low temperature heat network in the city, it is hoped that the potential of unutilized energy in the city can be fully tapped and the city wide area energy saving system can be established.
