针对赤泥所具有的高持水性和强碱性特征,进行了两种不同条件下的制备样试验和PVC管自渗固结样试验。经分析,拜尔法赤泥的含水量在一定的界限值之内时,随着密度的增大,压缩系数减小,压缩模量、粘聚力、内摩擦角都呈增大趋势,当超过界限值时,呈相反趋势,制备样与自渗固结试样的渗透系数变化不大。混合法赤泥的强度变化与拜尔法赤泥相反。提出了界限含水量是赤泥力学性质的转折点,并建议了界限含水量的确定方法;给出了不同性质赤泥渗透系数的数量级。
According to the characteristics of high water holding capacity and strong alkalinity of red mud, two kinds of preparation test and PVC self-permeation test were carried out under different conditions. The analysis shows that when the water content of Bayer process red mud is within a certain limit, as the density increases, the compressibility decreases, and the compressive modulus, cohesion and internal friction angle increase. Exceed the limit value, the opposite trend, sample preparation and self-infiltration consolidation test sample permeability little changed. Mixed red mud strength changes with the Bayer red mud the opposite. It is proposed that the limit water content is a turning point of the red mud mechanical properties and the method of determining the limit moisture content is proposed. The order of magnitude of the permeability coefficient of the red mud with different properties is given.
