SCDMA是我国第一个拥有完全自主知识产权的无线通信核心技术。它采用了智能天线、软件无线电以及自行开发的SWAP+空中接口协议等先进技术,实现了码分多址无线电通信协议,成为国际领先的无线通信技术标准。文章从防汛工作的特殊需要出发,探讨在防汛通信指挥调度中应用该技术的可行性。
SCDMA is the first wireless communication core technology with completely independent intellectual property rights in China. It uses smart antenna, software radio and self-developed SWAP + air interface protocol and other advanced technologies to achieve a code-division multiple access radio communication protocol, a leading international wireless communications technology standards. Based on the special needs of flood control work, the article discusses the feasibility of applying this technology in flood control communication command and dispatch.
