目的分析本院抗高血压药物的临床用药情况。方法对我院2010年10月-2011年10月期间抗高血压药物的相关信息进行回顾性总结分析。结果本院2010年10月-2011年10月期间抗高血压药物共销售1115.28万元;抗高血压药物的用药频度为268.25万每日;本院所使用的抗高血压品种主要涉及7大类,其中销售前5名的分别是:CCB类、ARB类、ACEI类、β-RB类、利尿剂类。结论本院的抗高血压药物临床用药比较合理。
Objective To analyze the clinical use of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital. Methods The data of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results During the period from October 2010 to October 2011, the total sales of antihypertensives was RMB11.1528 million; the frequency of antihypertensive drugs was 2.6825 million daily; the antihypertensive drugs used in this hospital mainly involved 7 major Class, of which the top 5 sales are: CCB class, ARB class, ACEI class, β-RB class, diuretic class. Conclusion Our hospital antihypertensive drugs clinical medication is more reasonable.
