In the 1920s, the Communist Party of China glowed out of the eastern horizon like a red sun. Her emergence is the inevitable result of the political and economic development in modern China and a product of the combination of Marxism-Leninism and the Chinese workers’ movement. Historical materialists believe that political parties belong to a certain class, and that a class is the basis of a political party. Without any concrete class, no political party will emerge. The Communist Party is an advanced and organized unit of the proletariat and the highest form of its class organization. In the 1840s, China’s proletariat had been born out of foreign-funded enterprises in China. With the growth of foreign-capital enterprises in China in the 1960s and the emergence and development of government-run enterprises of the Qing government and Chinese national capitalist enterprises, the number of industrial workers in China is increasing By 1919, it had reached over 2 million. With the growth of the working-class contingent and the continuous development of the workers’ movement, there is an urgent need for a theory and political party that can represent its interests and is good at leading the proletariat in its struggle. Since China became a semi-colonial and semi-feudal society, a large number of lofty ideals have constantly sought ways to save the country and found a nation, but they have all but failed to hate it. It was not until the October Revolution that the clamor of the October Revolution brought Marxism-Leninism to China and the May Fourth Movement to promote the widespread dissemination of Marxism-Leninism-which laid the ideological and theoretical foundation for the birth of the Chinese Communist Party.
