日本名古屋市宇美设备技研公司采用金属空罐头盒研制成功一种重量轻、隔音性能好的隔音材料。这种隔音材料的制作方法是,先将许多圆筒形果汁空罐头加工成六角形筒,然后把它们的六个侧面相互组合起来,再装入由薄钢板等制成的箱子中,而后制成隔音板。它的特点是,利用废品作为资源,用多层材料形成空气层,使声能衰减,以此提高隔音效果。它具有施工简单、价格低廉等优点。经测试,声波穿透衰减特性非常好。可望制成实用的隔音墙,应用于噪音强的工厂。
