地下连续墙是近年来国内外广泛应用于地基基础工程的新技术,具有挡土、挡水、承受荷载等多种作用。它的优点主要在于墙体刚度大、防渗性能好、对周边地基无扰动、适用于多种地基条件、振动小、噪音低、施工占地少等。为了解决郑铝三水源取水泵站黄河护岸地下连续墙的施工,中色六建建研所和机修厂研制成功了DZ——Φ800×4型地下连续墙钻机,并已通过技术鉴定。该钻机是地下连续墙施工中的槽段成型机械。能在粘土、亚粘土、砂土、风化岩、姜结石及含有一定砾石的地层中钻进施工。

In order to solve the construction of the underground continuous wall on the Yellow River revetment of the Zhengzhou Aluminum Water Intake Pumping Station, the DZ-Φ800×4 Underground Continuous Wall Drilling Rig was successfully developed by Zhongshen Liujianjian Institute and Mechanical Repair Factory, and has passed technical appraisal. The drilling rig is a slot section forming machine in the construction of underground continuous walls. Works in clay, sub-clay, sand, weathered rocks, ginger stones, and formations containing a certain gravel.
