目的:探讨血浆瘦素(Leptin)及5-羟色胺(5-Hydroxy tryptamine,5-HT)水平的测定在早泄(Prema-ture ejaculation,PE)诊断和治疗中的意义。方法:收集71例原发性PE患者服用8周的盐酸舍曲林前后血浆及64例健康男性血浆,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测其Leptin及5-HT浓度。结果:①试验组治疗前血浆Leptin浓度为(32.94±7.72)ng/ml,明显高于对照组(8.84±2.65)ng/ml,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);5-HT浓度为(62.74±18.73)ng/ml,远低于对照组(132.25±41.42)ng/ml,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而且血浆Lep-tin与5-HT呈负相关(相关系数r=-0.257,P=0.000,差异有统计学意义)。②早泄组治疗后血浆Leptin浓度下降至(7.99±1.86)ng/ml,与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而血浆5-HT水平上升至(106.69±38.64)ng/ml,并接近对照组(132.25±41.42)ng/ml,并且血浆5-HT与阴道内射精潜伏期(IELT)呈正相关(r=0.386,P=0.000)。结论:PE患者具有高水平Leptin与低水平5-HT的生物学标记,其测定将为临床医师诊断PE和评估疗效提供一种新方法。
Objective: To investigate the significance of determination of plasma leptin and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) levels in the diagnosis and treatment of premature ejaculation (PE). Methods: Seventy-one patients with primary PE were enrolled in this study. Serum before and after sertraline hydrochloride and 64 healthy male plasma samples were collected for 8 weeks. The concentrations of Leptin and 5-HT were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: ① The plasma Leptin concentration in the experimental group before treatment was (32.94 ± 7.72) ng / ml, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (8.84 ± 2.65) ng / ml, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) (62.74 ± 18.73) ng / ml, which was much lower than that of the control group (132.25 ± 41.42) ng / ml, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); and there was a negative correlation between plasma Lep-tin and 5-HT (Correlation coefficient r = -0.257, P = 0.000, the difference was statistically significant). ② The level of plasma leptin in premature ejaculation group dropped to (7.99 ± 1.86) ng / ml after treatment, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05), but the level of 5-HT increased to (106.69 ± 38.64) ng / ml, and was close to the control group (132.25 ± 41.42) ng / ml, and the plasma 5-HT was positively correlated with the intravaginal ejaculation latency (IELT) (r = 0.386, P = 0.000). Conclusion: PE patients have high level of Leptin and low level of 5-HT biological markers, the determination of clinicians for the diagnosis of PE and evaluate the efficacy of a new method.
