目的:探讨脑室出血型Moyamoya病的临床特点与影像学改变。方法:回顾性分析13例脑室出血型Moyamoya病的临床表现及影像学检查资料。结果:脑室出血分布与闭塞血管范围无关,复发性出血与闭塞动脉范围有关,磁共振成像血管造影(magneticresonanceangiography,MRA)和数字减影血管造影(digitalsubtractionangiography,DSA)均可清晰地显示闭塞动脉和新生细小血管丛。结论:Moyamoya病是脑室出血原因之一,MRA或DSA可明确诊断。
Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics and imaging changes of intraventricular hemorrhagic Moyamoya disease. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 13 cases of ventricular hemorrhagic Moyamoya disease clinical manifestations and imaging data. Results: The distribution of ventricular hemorrhage was not related to the occlusion vessel size. The recurrent hemorrhage was related to the occluded artery range. Both magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) Small vascular plexus. Conclusion: Moyamoya disease is one of the causes of ventricular hemorrhage. MRA or DSA can confirm the diagnosis.
