随着课程改革的不断推进,转变学生原有单一的学习模式,倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式,已经成为广大一线教师的共识。《英语课程标准》在基本理念中指出:“学生的发展是英语课程的出发点和归宿。英语课程在目标设定、教学过程、课程评价和教学资源的开发等方面都突出以学生为主体的思想。”学生是课堂学习的主角,惟有真正尊重学生,根据教学内容与学生的认知特点,艺术化地处理好教与学的关系,才可能在尽可能少的教学时间内获得最大的教学收益,打造出高效的课堂。立足于本校的实际,紧扣新课程的基本理念,我们在“动·力”高效课堂研究
