采用两室式双极膜电渗析装置将发酵液中的琥珀酸钠转化为琥珀酸。通过考察回收率、电流效率和能耗等技术参数,探讨了不同操作电流和进料琥珀酸钠浓度等工艺参数对转化过程的影响。结果表明,电流等于3 A,琥珀酸钠浓度为0.3 mol/L,流量为15 L/h的情况下,回收率可达99%;琥珀酸钠浓度为0.5 mol/L时,能耗最低为5.0kWh/kg。综合考虑回收率、能耗和电流效率,本试验研究范围内最佳条件:电流2 A,琥珀酸钠浓度为0.4 mol/L。
A two-chamber bipolar membrane electrodialysis was used to convert sodium succinate in the fermentation broth to succinic acid. The effects of process parameters such as operating current and sodium succinate concentration on the conversion process were investigated by investigating the technical parameters of recovery, current efficiency and energy consumption. The results showed that when the current was equal to 3 A, the concentration of sodium succinate was 0.3 mol / L and the flow rate was 15 L / h, the recovery was up to 99%. When the concentration of sodium succinate was 0.5 mol / L, the energy consumption was the lowest 5.0kWh / kg. Considering the recovery rate, energy consumption and current efficiency, the optimum conditions in the experimental study were: current 2 A, sodium succinate concentration 0.4 mol / L.
