On December 14, 2000, China Eximbank and the Ministry of Finance of the Democratic Republic of the Congo signed in Beijing the “Agreement for the Loan of China’s Foreign Preferential Loans - the Cooperation Project of the New China-China Cooperation Agreement” with an agreement amounting to 80 million yuan.
