超塑性流变系统是一开放体系,它与周围环境之间存在着能量交换和物质交换。在流变过程中,系统内部始终存在着诸如界面滑动、原子扩散和位错运动等不可逆过程~([1]);同时外界不断对系统作功,以补充其能量耗散。因此,超塑性流变系统始终处于热力学非平衡态。本文根据超塑性流变的特点,引入局域平衡假设和线性唯象关系近似,第一次运用非平衡态热力学方法建立了维持稳态超塑性流变时各微观不可逆过程之间须满足的.关系,并作了相应的讨论。
The superplasticity rheological system is an open system with energy exchange and material exchange with the surroundings. During the rheological process, there are always irreversible processes such as interface slip, atom diffusion and dislocation movement in the system [1]. At the same time, the outside world constantly works on the system to supplement its energy dissipation. Therefore, the superplastic rheology system is always in the thermodynamic non-equilibrium state. In this paper, according to the characteristics of superplastic rheology, the local equilibrium hypothesis and the linear phenomenological approximation are introduced. For the first time, the non-equilibrium thermodynamic method is used to establish the relationships between the microscopic irreversible processes and to maintain the steady state superplastic rheology. Relations, and made a corresponding discussion.
