连续梁桥的日照温差效应在工程设计与施工中不可忽视。为了研究预应力混凝土连续梁桥在施工过程中的温度效应问题,本文在某连续梁桥施工过程中对箱梁结构进行了现场的24小时温度观测。然后,结合实测的温度应力值,与采用各国桥梁规范中5种不同的温度梯度模式下的有限元计算分析值进行对比,得出有益于温度效应分析的结论。
Continuous beam bridge sunshine temperature difference effect in engineering design and construction can not be ignored. In order to study the temperature effect of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridges during the construction process, this paper presents a 24-hour on-site temperature observation of the box girder structure during the construction of a continuous beam bridge. Then, based on the measured temperature stress values, it is compared with the calculated values of the finite element method under five different temperature gradient modes in the bridge specifications of each country, and the conclusions that are beneficial to the temperature effect analysis are obtained.
