目的分析绵阳市游仙区2003-2009年艾滋病疫情。方法采用描述流行病学方法对游仙区2003-2009年艾滋病疫情进行分析。结果 2003年发现首例艾滋病感染者,报告发现感染者逐年增加,2009年报告19例,截止2009-12-31累计发现艾滋病感染者/患者33例,总人群感染率0.6/10万;男女比例7.25∶1;20~49岁29例,占总数的87.9%;职业有务工农民、无业居民、个体及学生等;城区与农村比例为1∶1.06;传播途径有经血液及性传播2种方式。结论 2003-2009年游仙区艾滋病疫情呈上升趋势,感染者以男性青壮年为主。
Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of AIDS in Youxian District in Mianyang City from 2003 to 2009. Methods Epidemiological methods were used to analyze the AIDS epidemic in Youxian District from 2003 to 2009. Results The first case of HIV infection was found in 2003, and the number of those infected was increased year by year. In 2009, 19 cases were reported. As of December 31, 2009, 33 cases of HIV / AIDS were found and the total infection rate was 0.6 / 100,000. 7.25: 1, 29 cases aged 20-49, accounting for 87.9% of the total number; there are migrant workers, unemployed residents, individuals and students in occupations; the ratio of urban areas to rural areas is 1: 1.06; . Conclusion The epidemic situation of AIDS in Youxian district has been on an upward trend during 2003-2009, mainly among young men and women.
