80后和90后青年员工作为当今各企业可持续发展的后备人才、接替力量,如何对其进行科学合理的培养和使用,从而最大限度调动他们的工作积极性、充分挖掘他们的潜力和创造力,已成为企业人力资源管理的当务之急。本文在对所在分公司现有员工队伍状况统计的基础上,结合人才测评手段,对青工的素质能力进行全面深入的剖析,据此探索出较科学的青工队伍建设模式。
