在全球经济一体化浪潮中,我国加入了WTO。一直是一种国内政策的“改革开放”,如今成为对国际的承诺,步入全新的历史阶段。“入世”不仅在经济方面,而且在很多方面都要按国际通行规则办事。是谁主持办事呢?当然不是普通老百姓,也不是市场经济的主体——企业家和企业集团,主要还是要求政府或首先要求政府按国际通行的规则办事。我之所以非常敬佩以江泽民为核心的中共第三代领导人,一个重要原因就是:他们不惜付出“黑头发谈成白头发”的代价,争取跨进“世
In the wave of global economic integration, China has joined the WTO. It has always been a “reform and opening up” of domestic policies. It has now become a commitment to the international community and entered a new historical stage. “Entry into the WTO” must not only be based on international rules, but also in many aspects. Who is responsible for the affairs? Of course it is not the ordinary people, nor is it the main body of the market economy—entrepreneurs and enterprise groups. It mainly requires the government to first request the government to act according to the internationally accepted rules. The reason why I highly admire the third-generation leaders of the Chinese Communist Party with Jiang Zemin as the core is that they are not afraid to pay the price of “black hair talks into white hair” and strive to advance into the world.
