课程改革的成败关键在教师,只有教师切实转变教育教学行为,进一步提高自身业务水平,课程改革才能得以顺利实施。在校本教研中促进研究型生物教师的成长与发展,需要充分发挥“自我反思”“同伴互助”和“专业引领”三种基本力量。
The key to the success or failure of curriculum reform lies in teachers. Only when teachers can effectively change their teaching and learning behaviors and further improve their own professional standards can curriculum reform be successfully implemented. In order to promote the growth and development of research biology teachers in school-based teaching and research, we need to give full play to the three basic forces of “self-reflection”, “peer assistance” and “professional guidance.”
