秦皇岛北戴河区蔡各庄小学占地18072平方米,建筑面积6872平方米。学校东临戴河,北靠205国道,是区内唯一的一所纯农村小学。学校现有10个教学班,在校生352人,下设一个附属幼儿园,有6个教学班,幼儿178人,在职教师63人,其中区级以上骨干教师5人,区级学科名师4人。学校彰显“启智润心”的办学理念,以诚朴的校园文化启迪智慧、浸润心灵。学校着力打造自然生态和文化氛围兼具的“田园文化教育”。即自然和谐的环境文化、勤朴躬耕的育人文化、生动多元的课程文化、绿色自主的活动文化。
