摘要目的研究动态心肌灌注中透壁灌注指数(TPR)相较于储备血流分数(FFR)在探测血流动力学显著异常冠心病中的额外价值。方法前瞻性纳入怀疑或确诊冠心病的病人并接受动态CT心肌灌注检查(CT-MPI)。从CT-MPI时间点数据中,利用混合去卷积模型计算绝对心肌血流量(MBF)。TPR被定义为心内膜下和心外膜下MBF的比例。
Abstract Objective To investigate the value of transmural perfusion index (TPR) in dynamic myocardial perfusion compared with the reserve flow fraction (FFR) in detecting hemodynamically significant coronary heart disease. Methods Prospectively included patients with suspected or confirmed coronary heart disease and underwent dynamic CT myocardial perfusion examination (CT-MPI). From the CT-MPI time point data, absolute myocardial blood flow (MBF) was calculated using a mixed deconvolution model. TPR is defined as the ratio of sub-subendocardial and sub-epidermal MBF.
