拙作“怎样生产优良的银耳菌种”一文在贵刊发表之后,各地读者纷纷来信要求介绍银耳菌种分离的“秘法”和详细过程。依照作者本人的体验,所谓银耳菌种分离的“秘诀”,似乎从来就不是用语言和文字所能表达的。因此,所谓银耳菌种分离的技巧和诀窍,非经学习者亲自尝试、体察是领会不到的。不过,话又要说回来,给初学者提供一些线索,以利他们掌握分离的技巧,还是可以做到的。限于时间和篇幅的关系,不可能把全部的研究结果都介绍出来,现只谈谈袋(瓶)栽银耳菌种的快速分离。
