血吸虫是大千世界中的一类小生命,然而它的存活是寄托在损害螺和人、畜的生命上的,是借水作祟的“瘟神”。世界上可以感染人的血吸虫有18种之多,而主要的有5种,我国只有1种,即日本血吸虫(Schistosomajaponicum)。在我国首例确诊的日本血吸虫病例,1905年报告于湖南长沙。1979年又从西汉古尸中检出日本血吸虫卵,这说明血吸虫至少在公元前100年已在湘江流域危害
Schistosoma japonicum is a kind of small life in the world. However, its survival is the “plague” which is detrimental to the life of the snails and people and livestock. There are 18 kinds of schistosomes that can infect people in the world, but there are 5 kinds of schistosomes in our country. There is only one kind of schistosoma japonicum in our country. The first confirmed case of Schistosoma japonicum in China was reported in 1905 in Changsha, Hunan.
