本文根据132例原发性周围型肺癌增长速度的X线研究,发现组织类型是决定各型肺癌间增长速度不同的主要因素,而性别、年龄、发病部位、肿块大小、坏死等因素对其影响不大。通过动物实验证实,同一组织类型肺癌间增长速度不同是个体差异影响细胞分化不同所决定的。而同一个体肺癌在其增长过程中的各阶段增长速度不同,即呈阶梯式增长,又可能与个体的免疫、神经内分泌功能变动有关。
