我矿区位于严寒的呼伦贝尔盟地区。近年来采用平屋顶的建筑越来越普遍,由于气候和施工条件等方面的原因,屋顶已经普遍表现出明显的地方病害,如雨季漏雨,冬季室内顶棚结露结冰滴水,严重影响了使用效果,成为当前急需解决的问题。为此,我们对大雁矿区和海拉尔市的平屋顶做了专题调查和典型分析。大雁矿务局单宿楼建筑面积3473平方米,其屋面构造如图1所示。1975年交付使用,1977年开始多处漏雨,冬季顶层结露给冰并严重滴水,1978年顶层停止使用,1979年全面翻修屋面防水层和防寒层,重新按原设计铺设防寒和防水层,使用虽至今虽未漏雨,但严冬季节顶棚仍然结冰滴水,混凝土屋面板反复冻融,已有灰化现象。
Our mine is located in the cold Hulun Buir area. In recent years, the use of flat roofs has become more and more common. Due to climate and construction conditions, the roofs have generally exhibited obvious local diseases, such as rain leaks during the rainy season, and condensation and dripping on indoor roofs in winter, which has seriously affected the use of water. The effect has become an urgent problem to be solved. To this end, we conducted special investigations and typical analyses on the flat roofs of the Dayan mining area and the city of Hailar. The Danyan Mining Bureau has a construction area of 3,473 square meters, and its roof structure is shown in Figure 1. Delivered in 1975, it began to leak in 1977, and in the winter, the top layer of ice was dew and severely dripped. In 1978, the top layer was stopped. In 1979, the waterproofing layer and cold-proof layer were completely rebuilt, and the cold-proof and waterproof layer was laid according to the original design. Although the rain has not been used so far, the roof is still frozen and drip in the winter season, and concrete roof panels have repeatedly frozen and thawed.
