目的探索640层CT诊断冠脉狭窄的临床价值。方法选取2015年2月~2016年6月于我院进行治疗冠心病患者72例为研究对象,以冠脉造影的结果为参考标准,使用640层CT造影成像对72例冠心病患者258支冠脉共710个节段进行分析。结果 72例患者均获得清晰图像。对获得的258支冠脉进行分析,640层CT测定冠脉狭窄的敏感性90.1%,特异性93.2%,阳性预测值89.8%,阴性预测值95.0%。结论 640层CT冠状动脉成像有较高的诊断准确性,可作为筛查冠状动脉狭窄有效的无创检查方法。
Objective To explore the clinical value of 640-slice CT in diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis. Methods From February 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital for treatment of 72 patients with coronary heart disease as the study object, the results of coronary angiography as the reference standard, the use of 640-slice CT angiography in 72 patients with coronary heart disease 258 A total of 710 segments were analyzed. Results All the 72 patients got clear images. The 258 coronary arteries obtained were analyzed. The sensitivity and specificity of 640-slice CT in detecting coronary artery stenosis were 90.1%, 93.2%, 89.8%, and 95.0%, respectively. Conclusion The 640-slice CT coronary angiography has high diagnostic accuracy and can be used as an effective noninvasive screening method for screening coronary artery stenosis.
