中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司(以下简称公司)现建有29个直属党组织,263个基层党组织,党员4451人,党员占职工总数的25%。其中,党组织关系委托管理的5家单位中,党委3家、总支1家、支部1家,基层党组织37个,党员499名。近几年来,公司党委认真贯彻党的十七大、十七届四中全会精神,紧扣“围绕中心、服务大局、拓宽领域、强化功能”的思路,牢牢抓住加强党的执政能力建设和党的先进性建设这一主线,在学习实践科学发展观和创先争优活动的推动下,以创建“五好”基层党组织为主
