研究目的研究丈夫在妻子患精神分裂症后的心理状态。研究背景随着精神疾病发病率的增加，精神病患病者的康复越来越引起人们的重视，国内外研究发现家庭环境对精神疾病患者的复发和预后有重大影响。研究方法对1990年10月至1991年5月间我院一女病房住院的40例精神分裂症患者的丈夫进行定式问卷调查。结果多数丈夫在妻子病后有焦虑抑郁情绪。多数丈夫能关心妻子，对妻子的病愈抱有信心，配合医生治疗；少数则对妻子态度冷漠，对治疗信心不足，夫妻感情受到了影响。结论医务人员在治疗病人的同时还要做好家属的心理工作，这样才有利于病人的康复。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the psychological state of a husband after his wife suffered from schizophrenia. Research Background With the increase of the incidence of mental illness, the rehabilitation of patients with mental illness is drawing more and more attention. Domestic and foreign studies have found that family environment has a significant impact on the recurrence and prognosis of patients with mental illness. METHODS: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 40 husbands with schizophrenia admitted to a women’s ward in our hospital from October 1990 to May 1991. As a result, most husbands have anxiety and depression after their wife’s illness. Most husbands can care about their wives, have confidence in their wives’ recovery, and cooperate with doctors to treat them. A few of them are indifferent to their wives and have insufficient confidence in treatment. Their feelings have been affected. Conclusion The medical staff should also take good care of the psychological work of the family members while treating the patients so as to be beneficial to the patient’s recovery.
