目的：探讨自拟祛风宣肺方辅助西药治疗感染后咳嗽临床疗效。方法将100例感染后咳嗽患者随机分为两组，每组50例。对照组采用复方甲氧那明治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用自拟祛风宣肺方辅助治疗；比较两组患者临床疗效，症状体征缓解时间，治疗前后日间和夜间咳嗽症状积分。结果治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组，症状体征缓解时间均显著短于对照组，治疗后日间和夜间咳嗽症状积分均显著优于对照组（均 P ＜0．05）。结论拟祛风宣肺方联合复方甲氧那明治疗感染后咳嗽可有效缓解咳嗽症状，加快病情康复进程，具有临床应用价值。“,”Abstracts:Objective To investigate the clinical effects of self -made Qufengxuanfei decoction combined with compound Methoxyphen-amine in treatment of Post -infectious cough(PIC).Methods 100 cases of PIC were randomly divided into control group (n =50) with compound methoxyphenamine and TCM group (n =50) with self -made Qufengxuanfei decoction on the basis of control group; compare clin-ical curative effects, alleviate symptoms and signs time, daytime and nighttime cough symptoms integrals of both groups before and after treat-ment.Results Clinical effect of treatment group was significantly better than control group(P <0.05), alleviate symptoms and signs time was significantly shorter than control group(P <0.05), after treatment of daytime and nighttime cough symptom scores were significantly bet-ter than control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Self -made Qufengxuanfei decoction combined with compound Methoxyphenamine in treat-ment of PIC can efficiently alleviate symptoms and signs and speed up the rehabilitation process with applicable clinical value.
