以LDPE为基体,采用四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw)作为填料,以聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐(LDPE-g-MAH)作为增容剂,通过熔融共混法分别制备LDPE/T-ZnOw和LDPE/LDPE-g-MAH/T-ZnOw复合材料,用吹塑薄膜方法对其加工成型,并对所制备薄膜的力学性能、雾度、透光率以及材料的流动性能等进行研究。结果表明:单独添加T-ZnOw对LDPE的力学性能提高不明显,使薄膜的透光率下降,雾度升高。加入LDPE-g-MAH使薄膜的力学性能明显提高,但材料的流动性能有所下降,而对薄膜的透光率和雾度影响不大。
Using LDPE as matrix, four-needle zinc oxide whiskers (T-ZnOw) as filler and LDPE-g-MAH as compatibilizer were prepared by melt blending method. T-ZnOw and LDPE / LDPE-g-MAH / T-ZnOw composites were processed by blown film method. The mechanical properties, haze, transmittance and material flow properties the study. The results showed that the mechanical properties of LDPE were not improved obviously when T-ZnOw was added alone, which led to the decrease of light transmittance and the increase of haze. The addition of LDPE-g-MAH improved the mechanical properties of the films significantly, but the flowability of the materials decreased slightly, but had little effect on the transmittance and haze of the films.
