党的十七大报告提出,要“贯彻尊重劳动、尊重知识、尊重人才、尊重创造的方针,坚持党管人才原则,统筹抓好以高层次人才和高技能人才为重点的各类人才队伍建设。”贯彻落实十七大的这一精神,需要对培养造就年轻高技能人才队伍的重要性、紧迫性有深刻认识,对如何做好这一工作有明确的思路和具体措施。
